Cause

  • Child lock or Sabbath Mode turned on
  • Door tension is out of adjustment

Troubleshooting

If the dishwasher door will not open:

  1.  Verify Child Lock is not turned on. 
  2. Verify Sabbath Mode is not turned on. 
  3. Verify that electrical power to the dishwasher and home circuit breaker is on.
