Wolf Electric Oven Temperature Range

The preset temperature on Wolf electric ovens cannot be changed. The temperature can be increased or decreased from the preset temperature.

  • There may be an acceptable temperature variation of + or - 10 degrees of the setpoint.
  • Refer to the product Use and Care Guide for temperature setting instructions.

The information in this table does not apply to the 24" E Series Transitional Oven (SO24), or the Convection Steam Oven (CSO). See also:

  • Front corners are coolest spot.
  • Second and third rings to the back right of center and to the front left of center are the hot spots.
  • Heat varies across the surface.
  • Best for multiple pots and pans, place small cookware on the edges.
