The process to purchase authentic parts for Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove varies based on what parts are needed.
How to Purchase
Filters (air, water)
Cleaning products (ice maker, Convection Steam Oven)
To purchase filters and other cleaning accessories, visit the Sub-Zero Group Online Accessories Store.
Canadian customers must order through a Canadian Factory Certified Parts Distributor. It is not possible to order filters online in Canada.
Contact a Local Dealer to purchase add-on accessories for Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove products.
All other replacement parts
Genuine Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove replacement parts are available by calling the Factory Certified Parts Distributor in your area. Use Locator to find the Parts Distributor for your region. Verify your zip code is at the top of the page.
In Canada, use the Canadian Service Locator to find the Factory Certified Parts Distributor in your area.
Parts purchased through a Factory Certified Parts Distributor have a 1-year part warranty for any issues with part reliability.
Parts Distributors have access to look up part numbers to make sure the correct parts are sent. A list of part numbers for each model is NOT available through the Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove website, as replacement parts are not available for purchase online. Parts Distributors are strategically located to expedite delivery of parts to all customers.
- Only filters and cleaners are available for online purchase in the Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove Store. Other parts are not available for purchase online. Use Locator to find the Parts Distributor for your area.
- Sub-Zero Group, Inc., and our affiliated Factory Certified Parts Distributors do not sell parts for resale.
- Issues regarding part number accuracy, pricing, quality, or shipping using an unauthorized parts provider are not supported by Sub-Zero Group, Inc.
- Parts are not available through local retailers, wholesalers, or unauthorized resellers.
