Sub-Zero Group Owner's App Stuck Loading Appliance in Bluetooth Only Mode

Cause

  • An appliance that was previously paired to Wi-Fi Connected Mode is attempting to pair with Bluetooth Only Mode.

Troubleshooting

If the Sub-Zero Group Owner's App appliance home screen is stuck loading the appliance in Bluetooth Only Mode:

  1. Exit out of the Sub-Zero Group Owner's App. 
  2. Force close the app.
  3. Open the mobile device's settings.
  4. Tap Bluetooth.
  5. Locate the appliance that won't connect and tap the Information button. 
  6. Tap Forget this Device.
  7. Open the Sub-Zero Group Owner's App and attempt pairing again.
