Answer:

The Convection Steam Oven (CSO) temperature probe measures the internal temperature of food without opening the oven door.

  • The probe can be used with all cooking modes except Gourmet+, Warm, Proof, Reheat Humid, and Reheat Crispy.
  • Calculating a total cooking time by weight is no longer necessary using this feature.
  • The CSO probe is black and is not interchangeable with other probes.
  • When the temperature probe is installed, the actual probe temperature will be shown.

To set the CSO probe:

  1. Insert the probe into the thickest area of food.
  2.  Place the food in the oven and insert the connector into the receptacle.

  3. Select the desired cooking mode.
  4. Touch Options, then touch Probe Temperature.
  5. Use the number pad to enter the desired temperature.
  6. Touch Set.
  7. After cooking, wash probe by hand; do not submerge, soak, or clean in the dishwasher.
