Sub-Zero, Wolf, or Cove PIN Location

  • The 6-digit PIN on a connected product appears on the appliance display to securely connect the appliance.

PIN Does Not Appear

If the PIN does not appear in the location shown below, refer to Connected Appliance Does Not Show PIN.

  • A PIN will not appear if the correct software version is not available on the appliance. If this happens, contact Customer Care for assistance at 800-222-7820.
  • For a list of which appliances can connect, refer to Connected Ready Appliances.
  • When pairing a Legacy Designer Series (IT, IC, ID) product starting with serial number 59595000, the appliance serial number will be used to pair to Wi-Fi or Bluetooth instead of a PIN.

  • PIN on interior, top of unit

Sub-Zero Classic Series (BI)

  • PIN on interior, top of unit
  • PIN is split between two screens
  • PIN cycles back and forth between screens
  • Enter the digits on the screen with four numbers first

Sub-Zero PRO 36 and PRO 48

  • PIN on exterior, upper-right hand corner of the grille
  • The first digit does not show when it is a zero
  • If only 5 digits appear on the appliance, use a zero as the first digit
