Sub-Zero Group Owner's App Product Registration
- Non-connected products registered in the app will not appear in the app after registration. Only connected appliances show in the app after registration.
- To see non-connected registered products after registration, log in to your account at https://www.subzero-wolf.com/account/login.
- To find the serial tag location for a specific unit, refer to:
- Touch the hamburger menu on the top left.
- Touch Registration.
- Enter the product's serial number and installation date.
- Touch Register.
- Refer to the screenshots below for reference.


To register a product that has been previously owned:
- Verify the product has been correctly removed from the previous owner's account. See Disconnect or Remove Connected Appliances from Sub-Zero Group Owner's App.
- Once the product has been removed from the previous owner's account, proceed to pairing. See Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove Connected Appliance Pairing for instructions.
