  1. Refer to the troubleshooting steps in Connected Appliance Connectivity Troubleshooting for any connectivity issue, including not connecting to Wi-Fi.
  2. Wi-Fi passwords are often case-sensitive. Try retyping the Wi-Fi password.
  3. If the password window has a feature to show the password as it is typed, try retyping the password with that feature turned on.
  4. Verify the Wi-Fi security is supported:
    • The following Wi-Fi security is supported:
      • WPA (PSK)
      • WPA2_Personal (PSK)
    • The following security is not supported:
      • Open
      • WEP
      • WPS
      • WPS is not available for AP-Mode Registration.
