Cause:

  • Authentication error through Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove account
  • Sub-Zero Group website issue

Troubleshooting:

An error occurred while creating or logging into a Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove account.

If logging into an existing account:

  1. Confirm the correct email and password combination is being used.
  2. Use the Forgot Password option to reset the password using the account email address.

If creating a new account:

  1. Confirm that the email is not already registered to a Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove account. Note that the mobile app account is shared with a Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove web account.
  2. Use the Forgot Password option to reset the password using an email address.

If this does not resolve the login or E700 error issue, the account used might have encountered an unresolvable issue and been deleted. To resolve an E700 error, create a new account in the Sub-Zero Group Owner's App.
