Unfortunately, our ability to deliver on our promise is significantly disrupted at this time. Due to surging appliance demand, pandemic-related supply chain interruptions, global microchip shortages, labor shortages, and repercussions of severe weather, we are experiencing extended lead times for many of our products. We are simply unable to fulfill orders as quickly as we have in the past. Unprecedented as these circumstances may be, we are acutely aware of their impact, and offer our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience you may have experienced during this time.

To ensure we deliver the best-in-class experience you have come to expect of our brands, we are taking considerable action to respond to and mitigate ongoing setbacks. We are making strategic and significant investments in:
