Unfortunately, our ability to deliver remains disrupted. Due to surging appliance demand, ongoing pandemic-related supply chain interruptions, global commodity shortages and cost increases, labor shortages, and repercussions of severe weather, we continue to experience extended lead times for many of our products. We are simply unable to fulfill orders as quickly as we have in the past. Unprecedented as these circumstances may be, we are acutely aware of their impact, and offer our sincere apologies for any inconvenience you have experienced during this time.

To ensure we deliver the best-in-class experience you have come to expect of our brands, we have been taking—and continue to take—considerable action to respond to and mitigate ongoing setbacks. We are making strategic and significant investments in:
