Connecting with the Sub-Zero Group Owner's App

The Connected Module allows appliances to be wirelessly paired to the Sub-Zero Group Owner’s App. This allows access to features such as:

• Remote temperature adjustment.
• Customized notifications for events such as a door ajar alarm, error codes, and filter expiration.
• Quick access to product information such as manuals, serial number, warranty, and service information.

Connection Requirements:

• Connecting requires a wireless router, an internet connection with a network name and password, and a compatible mobile device.
• There is no limit to the number of appliances you can connect on an account.
• Connect products from multiple homes to the same account.

Designer Series App Features

For information about Designer Wine Storage (IW) units, refer to Designer Wine Storage (IW) Connected Feature.

Designer Series (IT, IC, ID) connected features are different depending on the unit serial number.

• Most features are available for all units. However, some additional features are available starting with serial number 5959000.
  • For connected appliances, serial numbers are available in the Sub-Zero Group Owner's App.
