Cause:

• Sump filtration system needs to be cleaned
• "Clean Filter" message notifies the user that the sump filtration system needs to be cleaned

Troubleshooting:

1. Clean the sump filter. Refer to Cove Dishwasher Filter Removal and Cleaning for instructions.
2. Turn the home circuit breaker to the unit off for 30 seconds then back on again.
3. Retest the unit operation.

Clean the filter often. Heavy use may require more frequent cleaning.

• “Clean Filter” appears on the display after 30 cycles.
• This is a reminder and is not based on the soil level of the filter.
• NOTE: There is a 30 second delay before Clean Filter message is shown to User (once door is opened). 
  • If a new Wash Cycle is started during this 30 seconds, then this message is not displayed, but will display upon completion of next Wash Cycle. 
  • This allows the UIM to display the Wash Cycle Complete messaging once Wash Cycle is finished. 
  • If User waits past this 30 second delay, then it will show
