Steps to Verify Issue:

  1. Add brew basket and paper filter to the drawer with no coffee.
  2. Zero scale, then add coffee.
  3. Always zero the scale with brew basket in place before adding coffee. This helps with accurate scale readings.

  • Press the Zero button to reset the coffee scale to zero.
  • If the coffee scale will not zero or does not register coffee being added, try unplugging the unit for 30 seconds and then plugging it back in.
