Cause:

  • Missing permissions on Android device

Troubleshooting:

Action cannot be completed because location access is not granted. In the mobile device's settings, enable Location Services:

  • For iOS: Go to Settings > select Privacy > select Location Services > set the Location Services slider to on/green to allow Location Services on the app.
  • For Android: Go to Settings > under Personal, select Location Access > at the top of the screen, turn Access to My Location on.
