For Classic Refrigeration:

  1. Unplug the jumper wire between the appliance and the connected module on both sides.
  2. Retest operation.

After these steps on Classic Refrigeration and for all other products:

  1. Follow the troubleshooting steps in Connected Appliance Connectivity Troubleshooting.

If these troubleshooting steps do not resolve the issue, no further customer troubleshooting advice is available. Contact Factory Certified Service to schedule an appointment for repair.
