Sub-Zero Group Owner's App Wi-Fi Network Not Displaying

Cause
- This issue will only arise when the customer is provisioning a new device while connected to Wi-Fi 6.
Troubleshooting
- Confirm that the network attempting to be accessed is normally visible.
- Check Connected Appliance Portal to confirm the device is on a sub 5.13.1 Firmware to verify device is attempting to update.
