Use the online NCP Redemptions Website to redeem promotion points or mail in the NCP Mail-In Redemption Form.

  1. Once the purchased Sub-Zero and Wolf products are installed, open the website above.
    • The serial numbers and the invoice are required.
  2. Register the products.
  3. Click Begin your Redemption.
    • Redemption orders ship within 4-6 weeks of placing the order.
