Sub-Zero Group Owner's App - Update Time Zone and Daylight Savings

To update the time zone:

First, verify that the app is updated to the latest version. 

  • iOS devices should use version 3.8.1 
    • To check the app version, go to Settings > Sub-Zero Group Owner's App. Version information is under the About heading. 
    • To download the latest version, go to the App Store.
  • Android devices should use version 2.4.2.
    • To check the app version, go to Settings > Apps > Sub-Zero Group Owner's App. Version information is at the bottom of the App Info page. 
    • To download the latest version, go to the Google Play Store.

Second, update the appliance settings.

  1. From the app landing page, select the appliance showing the incorrect time.
  2. On the appliance page, select Settings, under the product image.

  3. Select Set Timezone.

  4. Update the Appliance Location and Has Daylight Saving Time.
    Note: Has Daylight Saving Time is not an indicator if daylight saving time is active, only if the time zone you have selected recognizes daylight savings time.
  5. Tap Set Time. The connected module time resets shortly after.
