National Consumer Promotion Point Redemption

The National Consumer Promotion is only available in the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii at this time.

Use the online NCP Redemptions Website to calculate and redeem promotion points, or mail in the NCP Mail-In Redemption Form.

  1. Once the purchased Sub-Zero and Wolf products are installed, open the website above.
    • The serial numbers and the invoice are required.
  2. Register the products.
  3. Click "Begin your Redemption."
    • Redemption orders ship within 8-12 weeks of placing the order.
    • All approval and update emails will be sent from the Sub-Zero and Wolf Customer Service address [email protected].
    • Redemptions can only ship to a single shipping address.
    • Points cannot be saved, and must be redeemed all at the same time.
    • A maximum of 6 points can be earned.
    • A confirmation email will be sent in 24 hours.

Any qualifying package purchased and invoiced by 12/31/2021 will have until 12/31/2022 to install the product and submit a claim.
