The National Consumer Promotion is only available in the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii at this time.
- Once the purchased Sub-Zero and Wolf products are installed, open the website above.
- The serial numbers and the invoice are required.
- Register the products.
- Click "Begin your Redemption."
- Redemption orders ship within 8-12 weeks of placing the order.
- All approval and update emails will be sent from the Sub-Zero and Wolf Customer Service address [email protected].
- Redemptions can only ship to a single shipping address.
- Points cannot be saved, and must be redeemed all at the same time.
- A maximum of 6 points can be earned.
- A confirmation email will be sent in 24 hours.
Any qualifying package purchased and invoiced by 12/31/2021 will have until 12/31/2022 to install the product and submit a claim.
