Convection Steam Oven Error Code E71

Cause:

  • Boiler scaled up
  • Inlet valve leaking
  • Short circuit in the drive motor for the water tank
  • Pyrolysis door lock circuit defective.

Troubleshooting:

Descale the oven if it has not been done recently. See CSO Descaling.

If descaling does not resolve the issue, service is necessary to expertly diagnose and repair the product. Contact Factory Certified Service to schedule an appointment for repair.
