If the Microwave Oven begins cook cycle but produces uneven heating:

  1. Ensure the Power 5 mode is set correctly. Refer to the product use and care guide for further information.
  2. Try a second outlet if possible.
  3. Turn the home circuit breaker to the unit off for 30 seconds then back on again.
  4. Retest the unit operation.
