Answer:

The mounting brackets can be adjusted from 7-1/4" min to 12-3/4" max.

  • The height of the hood is 5".
  • The installation guide provides typical wall framing heights of 12-1/4" to 17-3/4".
    • Adjusting the mounting brackets will allow them to fit within typical frame height.

Use the 3/8" (10) length screws provided to secure the brackets.
