"Natural zebrawood, glass tile, and textural accents soften the rectilinear design. The open design is tempered to the Foyer by the cast glass water wall. Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove stainless steel professional grade appliances were chosen for their sleek styling and their ability to satisfy the demands of serious cooks. The Wolf Dual Fuel Range commands center stage accented with a glass tile backslash flanked by metal tile. The Sub-Zero Refrigerator and Sub-Zero Wine Refrigerator, with similar detailing, gang together easily. Self illuminating translucent upper cabinets further unify this combination as a book end to the horizontal perimeter geometry, also establishing a focal point at the end of the island. The island differentiates itself using zebrawood cabinetry, recycled glass raised counter-top, and stainless steel mesh panels below for durability. The adjacent beverage area, open to the Dining Room, is equipped with a Sub-Zero Ice Maker and an All Refrigerator with full overlay cabinet door panels concealing their appearance, heightening the sense of elegance and strengthening the simplicity of the design."
