400 Series Flashing Service

Cause:

  • Service flashing disables cooling in the wine storage unit
  • Excessive compressor run condition

Core Issue:

  • 400 Series unit flashing service
  • Wine Storage unit turns itself off, product not running
  • 400 Series Wine Storage unit warming up
  • No cool, off on Service
  • Not refrigerating

Steps to Verify Issue:

  1. Turn off the unit.
  2. Clean the Condenser.
  3. Check nothing is obstructing the door from closing.
  4. Turn the unit back on.
    • Unit should return to normal temperatures within 24 hours.
    • Lights flashing and unit turning back off indicates thermistor issue.
