Purchase Product in United States and Ship it to Another Country (Excluding Canada)

Answer:

Although product pricing in the U.S. may be less than other countries, other issues arise when trying to transport appliances into another country. Sub-Zero and Wolf cannot provide the necessary paperwork for a consumer to transport a unit through customs if requested.

  • 120V products cannot be converted to 220/240 volts. See also, Converting 120-Volt Products to 220/240 Volts.
  • Sub-Zero Wolf Southeast supplies 120V and 240V products to the Caribbean and provides the warranty for these products.
    • A product purchased at Southeast and shipped to the Caribbean will retain product warranty, but ONLY if it is purchased from Southeast.
