The Wolf Convection Steam Oven (CSO) comes in a plumbed model or non-plumbed model.
Non-Plumbed (CSO) Model:
- Does not require a plumbed water line.
- Requires cold tap water that is poured directly into the water tank by hand.
- It is not possible to connect a water line to the non-plumbed CSO.
- Does not require a drain.
Plumbed (CSOP) Model:
- Requires a plumbed water line.
- Uses home water supply for steam cooking.
- Includes a gravity drain for evacuating water after each use.
- The drain connection must be able to withstand temperatures up to 130°F (55°C).
- The diameter of the drain hose is 1".
- Water tank is used only for descaling.
- It is not possible to remove plumbing from plumbed CSO.
- IMPORTANT NOTE: The drain location can vary, but must be within reach of the corrugated tubing.
- Do not extend or reduce the drain tubing.
- A drain line high loop is required.
