Troubleshooting:

This information is for historical reference ONLY. 

  • There are NO current national promotions using VISA gift cards for rebates of any sort.
  • Rebates for the 2024 Full Suite Savings are paid by a prepaid MasterCard.
  • If a monetary concession is entered, those are paid via gift cards. Refer to Enter a Concession Order for more information.

Shipping

  • Gift cards are shipped via USPS.
  • Card orders are entered with the NCP Points Redemption.
  • It is not possible to redeem an additional 3 points for a second card. Only one card per redemption.
  • The card is shipped separately in a plain white business sized envelope.
  • Cards cannot be sent to Canada. Refer to Enter a Concession Order for more information.
  • Card approval status may be checked using the National Consumer Promotion Redemption Order Lookup.
    • Cards will never show a completed status.
    • Search order ID or customer Last Name.
    • Click NCP Info.
    • If an Export Date link is shown, the order was sent to 360.
    • Card will ship in 1 to 3 business days after date of export.
    • By clicking the Export Date link, all customer orders sent to 360 that day may be seen.
    • Cards can be shipped to a different address than the Wolf Gourmet Items. Refer to National Consumer Promotion Shipping to Multiple Addresses for more information.
  • 360incentives input our gift card files daily.
    • Orders are sent by 360 to daVinci every Wednesday before noon.
    • If the NCP invoice number is showing but the gift card does not have a status, it has not yet been processed by 360.
  • Customers receive the NCP Redemption Approval email, but do not receive a separate shipping confirmation for the Visa gift card.
    • 360incentives did send a small number of confirmation emails without our approval.
    • They appear to customers as a third-party email.
    • 360incentives was contacted and is no longer sending confirmation emails.
  • When the gift card is selected, a notification that the card can only be shipped to USPS serviceable addresses appears.
    • Once customers confirm they have a valid USPS address, the shipping form appears, allowing customers to enter a separate address for the gift card if needed.
    • USPS will not forward the card to a new address, even if a forwarding service has been requested.
    • To change the address for the card once the shipping is confirmed, check the card approval status.
    • Until 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, if the card NO Export Date is shown, the address may be changed without a fee.
    • If it is after 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, OR the Export Date is shown, call daVinci at 866.230.3809 to request the change.
      • Cards usually start shipping 24 to 48 hours after the file is sent to daVinci.
      • There is a $10 charge to change the address at this point, and the fee is removed from the card value.
      • Advise customer of this, and process a customer reimbursement for $10 at this time, not after the card has been received.

Card Not Received

  1. Check the Card Approval Status using the instructions above.
  2. Was the NCP Redemption Approval email received?
    • Can take up to 6 weeks after points redemption to receive approval email.
    • Card should arrive two to three weeks after the NCP Redemption Approval was received.
  3. If more than 3 weeks have passed after the NCP Approval email was received:
    • Refer customer to call daVinci-Card Management Group to request a replacement at 866.230.3809.
    • There is not a prompt for Card Not Received.
    • Customer will need to select the option for "Card lost or stolen" to speak to a Customer Service Representative.

Card Lost or Stolen

  1. Refer the customer to call daVinci-Card Management Group to request a replacement at 866.230.3809.
  2. A $10 fee will be issued for lost card replacement.
    • If a customer reports unknown purchases on a card, advise them to call daVinci-Card Management to report the card as stolen.

Wrong Name on Card

  1. Refer the customer to call daVinci-Card Management Group to request a replacement at 866.230.3809.
    • There is not a prompt for Card Issued with Wrong Name.
    • Customer will need to select the option for "Card lost or stolen" to speak to a Customer Service Representative.

Check Card Balance

  1. Visit www.prepaidcardstatus.com to see the balance, see transactions, set an optional PIN, or update address information.
  2. Call daVinci-Card Management Group to check card balance at 866.230.3809. Balance can be checked 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Expired Card

  • Wolf Gourmet NCP gift cards expire 1 year from the date of issue.
  • Cards obtained through the Wolf Upgrade and Save promotion expire 6 months from the date of issue.
  • Refer to Owner Appreciation Incentive for cards obtained through the loyalty program run by the BDC.
  • Expired cards may be reissued for both promotions using the steps below:

Within 60 days of expiration date:

  • Call daVinci-Card Management Group at 866.230.3809 to have the card reissued.
  • Customer will be charged a $10 card reissue fee, plus $2.95 per month, which will be deducted from the card balance.

Beyond 60 days of expiration date:

  • Customer should call daVinci at 1-888-794-3828.
  • Cards cannot be reissued over the phone.
  • Customer will be charged a $10 card reissue fee, plus $2.95 per month, which will be deducted from the card balance.
  • Check with a supervisor if the circumstances of the request are unusual for any reason.

Is the card a debit or credit card?

  • In-store purchases can be completed as either debit or credit transactions.
  • Credit transactions are recommended as they do not require a PIN.
  • A PIN may be set up at www.prepaidcardstatus.com for debit transactions.

What if the purchase is greater than the value of the card?

  • Most retailers are able to split the transaction. Tell the cashier the balance on the card and provide another form of payment for the difference.
  • Some merchants may not support split transactions.

Can gasoline be purchased with the card?

  • Always pay inside the station for gasoline purchases.
  • Paying at the pump may place a hold on the funds for a period of two to three business days, causing the remaining funds to be unavailable until the hold is cleared.

Can the card be used at an ATM for cash?

  • Effective April 1, 2018, prepaid Visa Gift Cards used in our promotions will no longer offer cash access.
    • This is due to some potential upcoming changes in unclaimed property liability and reporting obligations, for cards such as ours, that currently offer cash access.
    • Cards issued before this date will not be impacted.
  • Cards issued before April 1, 2018, may be used at any ATM that has the Visa logo.
    • ATM operator or bank fees may apply.
    • A personal PIN is needed to use the card at an ATM. Set up a PIN by visiting www.prepaidcardstatus.com.
