Troubleshooting:

  1. Go to the NCP submission review website.
  2. Search for product order.
    • Though the site opens in the Pending Status (top right), it will search all statuses.
    • Mail-in and manually entered orders, for both the United States and Canada, will appear once they have been entered into the system.
      • If a mail-in order is not showing, email [email protected]. In the email, ask if the form was received and is waiting to be entered.
    • Searching by the following will search all statuses:
      • NCP ID
      • Last Name
      • Postal Code
      • Serial Number
      • Order Number
  3. Confirm order status.
    • This site is internal only.
    • HBB is unable to see the status of any order.
    • HBB only has access to the order once it is sent to them.
    • Redemption orders ship within 4-6 weeks of placing the order.
    • Lead time is 4-6 weeks.
  4. Include your initials and date if you add to the "Notes" field. This will help to clear up any confusing situations.

StatusDefinition
Pending
  • Order has been submitted but has not yet been through the approval process.
  • If an order has been sent to Customer Service email or a Customer Advocate, you will see comments in the Notes field.
Hold
  • Orders that have not been processed can be placed on hold if a specific shipping time is needed.
  • Often used for customers who are on vacation or moving, to make sure the product is delivered properly.
  • Email [email protected] to have a hold released if needed. Include customer information and order number.
Approved
  • Orders have been reviewed and approved, but have not been sent to HBB yet for processing.
  • Orders stay in this status for only a short period of time.
Ordered
  • Order reviewed and approved by the NCP Redemption Administrator and sent to HBB for fulfillment and shipping.
Invalid
  • Something is needed to complete this submission (invoice is requested or missing selections), or the order has been denied for some reason.
  • When the information is received, the status is updated to reflect the current order status.
Completed
  • Used by NCP Redemption Administrator and reflects orders we have been invoiced for from HBB.
  • Completed orders are closed and unable to be changed.
Canceled
  • Typically a status assigned by the Redemption Admin.

The ID column, on the far left, shows NCP Info and HBB Info links that hold customer, order, and tracking information.

NCP Info:

  • Appears on all orders regardless of status
  • Customer name, address, and contact information
  • Order number if order status is 'ordered' or 'complete'
  • List of WG products ordered
  • Tracking numbers if available
  • List of registered products

HBB Info:

  • Only appears on Ordered and Complete orders
  • Customer name, address, and contact information
  • Order number
  • Tracking numbers if available
