National Consumer Promotion Redemption Points

Answer:

It is preferred that Customer Care agents are not entering redemption orders on behalf the customer to avoid potential errors. If someone is having an issue entering an order, you could assist in the following ways:

• Offer to provide them with the Mail-In Redemption Form information.
• Send the customer This Email and when the information has been returned, and email it to [email protected] for manual entry.

• Refer to Wolf Gourmet National Consumer Promotion for program terms and conditions, including qualifying products.
• Qualifying products:
  • Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove display models do qualify for the promotion.
    • Display units less than 3 years old qualify for the base package requirements.
    • Display units over 3 years old do not qualify for base package requirements or additional points.
    • Register display models in the same manner as new models, with serial number and installation date.
  • Distributor reconditioned units do not qualify for the promotion.
• Invoices and receipts:
  • For two different purchases from the same dealer, upload both invoices as one file with the redemption.
  • If a separate invoice was not loaded with the initial submission, email unloaded invoices to [email protected] requesting the invoices get combined into one submission.
  • Receipts from two different dealers do not meet the terms of the promotion and do not qualify.
  • If one invoice was uploaded and another needs to be added, have them email you a copy of the invoice that needs to be added.
    • Forward the email to [email protected].
• Points and redemption:
  • Customers cannot buy or acquire extra points if they want something and do not have enough points.
  • Customers can acquire a maximum of nine points, regardless of number of units purchased.
  • If any package was already installed and redeemed, then another product is purchased, it cannot be included in the original package for more points.
  • Points cannot be banked, and must be redeemed all at the same time.
  • Points cannot be redeemed until after the qualifying products are installed. This is clearly stated in the instructions.
  • Wolf Gourmet points cannot be used for Wolf Gourmet accessories.
  • The program is set up to redeem points for Wolf Gourmet products only. There are no options for compensation like money, warranty, filters, etc.
  • Redemption products unavailable at the time of redemption are noted with an estimated delivery date.
    • Select displayed future products while redeeming and they ship when available.
