Cause:

• Water tank door not opened properly

Answer:

To properly open the Wolf Convection Steam Oven (CSO) water tank door, press the “Water” button.

• If the CSO water tank door is improperly opened, it may cause the door to become misaligned and not close. 

If the water tank door does not open easily:

1. Tap on the water tank door to see if it opens. 
2. If the door opens intermittently, remove the tank and clean with diluted white vinegar to remove scale, hard water stains, and build up in tank area and on the tank itself. 
3. If these troubleshooting steps do not resolve the issue, service is necessary to expertly diagnose and repair the product. Contact Factory Certified Service to schedule an appointment for repair.
