Troubleshooting:

The Downdraft filter light is an indication the filters are in need of cleaning.
  1. Clean the filters.
  2. Reset the filter light by pressing and holding it for 5 seconds to turn if off
  3. If the filter light does not reset, turn the Downdraft off at the circuit breaker for a minute, then back on to see if the filter light resets.
