Troubleshooting
- Check for excess moisture in the probe receptacle.
- May be caused by cooking foods with a high moisture content.
- This may be corrected by performing the burn-in process again.
- Refer to Dual Fuel Range First Time Oven Use Burn-In Process for instructions.
- Verify no contaminants in the probe receptacle.
- Use compressed air to blow out the empty probe receptacle.
- Insert and remove the probe several times and retest operation.
- If the unit continues to beep following these troubleshooting steps, service is needed to expertly diagnose and repair the unit. Contact Factory Certified Service to schedule an appointment for repair.
- If the unit is connected, the app may show a "Meat probe within 10° of set point" message when the unit is not in use.
