Brandy Granita

Makes 16 cups

Preparation Method

  1. In 4-quart saucepan on Wolf cooktop over high heat, bring water and sugar to a boil. Remove from heat and let cool.
  2. Stir in frozen concentrates and brandy.
  3. Freeze in Sub-Zero freezer overnight.
  4. Stir as possible. Serve 1 cup brandy mixture with 1/4 cup cold clear soda  in 8-ounce glass.  Garnish with orange slices.
