Convection Steam Oven Cavity Damaged

  • The Convection Steam Oven (CSO) cavity is damaged
  • Burn or scorch marks inside the CSO oven cavity
  • Can a damaged oven interior be replaced?

Steps to Verify Issue:

  1. Clean the cavity. See Wolf Cleaning Reference.
  2. If anything was placed on the oven cavity floor, it can cause damage and permanent staining to occur; the oven cavity is not replaceable.
  3. If these troubleshooting steps do not resolve the issue, service is necessary to expertly diagnose and repair the product. Contact Factory Certified Service to schedule an appointment for repair.
