Steps to Verify Issue:

  1. Verify the unit is on a dedicated power supply.
  2. It may be possible to stop the alarm from chiming for 24 hours.
    • To silence the alarm temporarily, see How to Silence Alarm.
    • This silences the alarm for 24 hours, but it will not correct any product malfunctions.
  3. Share the error code and current temperatures when contacting the service provider.
  4. If fault codes have been viewed and not cleared, hold the Alarm key for 15 seconds until CFC (Clear Fault Codes) appears on the display.
