Steps to Verify Issue:
Products must be registered online after setting up a My Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove account:
- Go to the Product Registration website.
- Log in with the email address and password connected with the account. If you have not yet created an account, see My Sub-Zero.
- My Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove Account Information details features available after registration, including videos, use and care manuals, and more.
- Click Product Registration.
- Click Register Product.
- Select the appropriate brand category:
- Sub-Zero, Wolf, or Cove
- Wolf Gourmet
- Enter the information in the fields. Asterisks indicate required information.
- Click Save & Complete Registration, or if you have another product to register, click Save & Register another product.
A My Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove account is required in order to pair an appliance with the Sub-Zero Group Owner's App. Refer to Set Up Connected Appliance for Pairing for instructions.
If products that were registered before creating a My Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove account do not appear in the account, or the system will not accept the model and serial number of your product, contact the Sub-Zero Customer Care Team at CustomerService@Subzero.com, or call (800) 222-7820, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CST.
