IF15 Fryer and IS15 Steamer Temperature Unit Selection

Answer:

To convert the display to Celsius or Fahrenheit.

  1. Verify unit is in LOCK mode.
  2. Press CLEAR touch pad once, then immediately press LOW touch pad and hold for 5 seconds until the entire display begins to flash.
  3. Touch the timer “+” touch pad two times. The timer display will illuminate the number “3” and the temperature display will indicate the letter 'C' or 'F'.
  4. Pressing the temperature “+” and “-” touch pad will toggle between °F and °C.
  5. Press “CLEAR” touch pad to return to Lock Mode. Now, the cooktop is ready for operation.
