Steps to Verify Issue:

The drain tube may clog but should not require frequent cleaning.

  1. Make sure door is closing properly and door gasket is in good shape with no rips or tears.

  3. Have the door gasket replaced if cracked or torn. See Door Gasket Replacement.
  4. If a drain tube is clogged in a Classic (formerly Built-In), Designer (formerly Integrated), 700, 400, or 648PRO Series product, it requires Factory Certified Service to clear it.
