Steps to Verify Issue:

To restart router or wireless access point:

  1. Power off the device by pressing the power switch (if available) or unplugging the power cord.
  2. Wait for 30 seconds, and then power on the device.
  3. The device may take a few minutes to complete the reboot process and return to normal operational status.
    • Most devices have power and connection indicator lights. On most devices, a solid light indicates the reboot has been completed.
