Visit the Google Play Store for the latest Android version of the Sub-Zero Group Owner's App.

  • The minimum Android SDK version is 24, which equates to Android 7.0. 

Grant Permissions:

  1. If your device has an OS version 12 or above, you will need to provide the app with permission to access your location in order to connect appliances. To grant permission:
    • Go to Settings > under Personal, tap Location Access > at the top of the screen, turn Access To My Location on.

Update All Devices:

  1. If there are multiple devices running the Sub-Zero Group Owner's App, update the app on all devices.
