Answer:

The Control4 driver can integrate with Wolf appliances through the Sub-Zero Group Owner's App. This driver enables the Control4 system to read the status of, make changes to, and receive events from the Wolf appliance.

Properties

  • Device Properties are used to show appliance information.
  • Note that all properties except for Sabbath Mode and Kitchen Timer are available in Primary and Secondary variations.
  • The properties shown in the first table below are available for Wolf appliances. Note that not all models support all of these features. Refer to the product Use and Care Guide for further information.

Conditionals

  • The driver supports Conditionals in the Programming Actions pane. These allow custom programming scripts to make decisions based on any of the properties described below.

Commands

  • The driver supports Commands in the Programming Actions pane. These allow custom programming scripts to change selected properties. 

Variables

  • The driver provides the following variables. Although it is possible to write to any of these, writes will be ignored unless otherwise indicated. The variables have the same meaning as defined in the Properties section below.
    • Primary Set Point
    • Primary Temperature
    • Primary Probe Temp
    • Primary Probe Set Point
    • Secondary Set Point
    • Secondary Temperature
    • Secondary Probe Temp
    • Secondary Probe Set Point

Events

  • The driver supports Device Events. Events can be used to implement automation sequences triggered by activity in the appliance.
  • Note that Primary and Secondary variations are available for all events except for Set Point Changed, Temperature Changed, or any Timer events.
  • Custom programming scripts may be written for any of these events.
  • Supported events are listed in the second table below.

Cook Mode

Indicates the selected mode of the oven cavity:

  • Off, Bake, Roast, Broil, Bake Stone, Convection Bake, Convection Roast, Convection Broil, Convection, Proof, Dehydrate, Self-Clean, Warm, Eco, Unknown.

  • The mode only active if Cavity is on. The available modes vary depending on oven model and cavity.

Set Point

Indicates the cook temperature when a cook mode is active.

Temperature

Shows the most recently reported temperature.

  • This property may not be reported in real time.

Preheated 

True for the remainder of a cook cycle after Temperature property reaches setpoint.

Probe in Use

Indicates that the temperature probe is in use.

  • Not all oven models support probe features.

Probe Temp

Shows the most recently reported probe temperature.

  • This property may not be reported in real time.

  • Not all oven models support probe features.

Probe Set Point

Indicates the probe target temperature when probe is in use. 

  • Not all oven cavities support probe features.

Probe LT 10 Degrees

Indicates that the probe temperature is within 10 degrees of the setpoint when probe is in use.

  • Not all oven cavities support probe features.

Probe at Temp

Indicates the probe has reached the target temperature when probe is in use.

  • Not all oven cavities support probe features.

Door Ajar

Indicates whether the cavity door is open or closed.

Light

Indicates whether the cavity light is on or off.

Cavity

Indicates whether the Cook Mode is active.

Cook Timer

Indicates the status of the cook timer: Off, Running, Last Minute, or Ended.

Sabbath Mode

The oven operates in compliance with Star-K sabbath guidelines when Sabbath mode is enabled.

Kitchen Timer

Indicates the status of the kitchen timer: Off, Running, Last Minute, or Ended.

  • Available as Timer 1 and Timer 2

  • Not all oven models support Timer 2.

Cook Timer Started

A cook timer has been started.

Cook Timer One Minute Remaining

A Timed Cook has one minute remaining.

Cook Timer Complete

A Timed Cook has run to completion.

  • This event does not occur when a Timed Cook is canceled.

Cook Mode Changed

The cook mode has been changed.

Set Point Changed

The cook temperature (setpoint) has been changed.

Temperature Changed

The actual temperature in the oven has changed.

  • This event occurs repeatedly while "Preheat Temperature Reached" stays false.

Preheat Temperature Reached

The oven cavity has reached the set temperature.

Kitchen Timer Started (1 or 2)

The kitchen timer has been set.

  • Some models support only one kitchen timer and do not show the number 1 or 2.

Kitchen Timer One Minute Remaining (1 or 2)

The kitchen timer 1 has one minute remaining.

  • Some models support only one kitchen timer and do not show the number 1 or 2.

Kitchen Timer Ended (1 or 2)

The kitchen timer 1 has ended.

  • Some models support only one kitchen timer and do not show the number 1 or 2.

Meat Probe in Use

The meat probe function has been enabled.

  • Supporting cavities only

Meat Probe within 10 Degrees

The meat probe is within 10 degrees of its set temperature.

  • Supporting cavities only

Meat Probe Temperature Reached

The meat probe has reached its set temperature.

  • Supporting cavities only

Door Ajar

The oven door has been left open for an extended period of time.

Door State Changed

The oven door has been opened or closed.

Self-Clean Complete

A self-clean operation has completed.

  • This event does not occur when a self-clean operation is canceled.
