Cause:

  • Cap-touch key pad micro internal error (cap-touch error reported three times in 40 seconds)
  • KEY_MICRO_INTERNAL_ERROR

Troubleshooting:

  1. Turn the home circuit breaker to the unit off for 30 seconds then back on again.
  2. Retest the unit operation.
  3. If these steps do not resolve the issue, no further troubleshooting advice is available. Contact Factory Certified Service to schedule an appointment for repair.
