- Door will not close
- Ice behind bottom drawer
- Ice falls out when drawer opened
Steps to Verify Issue:
Clear any ice from behind the drawer and try closing the door again.
Due to the size of the bin and production capacity of the ice maker, it is possible for the level arm to push ice out of the bin.
- This can prevent the door from closing.
- Lightly shaking the drawer side to side before opening helps redistribute the ice so it does not fall behind the drawer.
- If ice has fallen behind the freezer baskets, refer to Designer (Formerly Integrated) Freezer Baskets for removal instructions.
