Sub-Zero Group Owner's App Water or Air Filter Life Incorrect


  • Sub-Zero Group Owner's App shows wrong number of gallons remaining for water filter
  • Owner's App shows wrong number of hours remaining for air filter
  • Wrong water filter or air filter life shows on app


For most Sub-Zero units, the filter life reading on the app should automatically reset within a few hours of changing the filter.

  • If the app timer does not reset, verify that the filter life timer is reset on the appliance.
