Cause:

  • Short circuit in food probe or in its wiring
  • Food probe not inserted into food, tip too hot
  • Moisture in food probe socket

Troubleshooting:

  1. Ensure the food probe is inserted correctly into the food. Refer to the use and care guide for further information.
  2. Turn the home circuit breaker to the unit off for 30 seconds then back on again.
  3. Retest the unit operation.
