Answer:

Condensation during oven use evaporates after the oven cools. This is normal operation.

  • Oven door must be taken apart in order to clean in between the oven window glass panels.
  • The oven door glass is not sealed to allow for proper contraction and expansion during oven operation. As a result, food particles may get between the glass panes.

  • Oven doors should only be dismantled by a trained Factory Certified Service provider.
  • Failure to properly assemble the door and glass pack can cause performance issues.
  • Per package directions, Easy-Off can be used on the oven glass.

Follow steps below to clean the oven glass interior and exterior:

  1. Allow window to cool.
  2. Use a razor blade to gently lift baked-on foods.
  3. Spray glass cleaner on cloth and wipe window.
