Steps to Verify Issue:

To set the time of day:

  1. Touch Settings. The Settings menu appears.
  2. Scroll through the menu to Time.
  3. Touch Time.
  4. "12 HOUR MODE" and "24 HOUR MODE" appear.
  5. Scroll to desired mode and touch to select.
  6. Set time appears as hours, minutes, a.m./p.m.
  7. Scroll each unit up or down to set the time.
  8. Touch Set, and "Settings Saved" appears on the display.

To change the clock display:

  1. Touch Settings. The Settings menu appears.
  2. Scroll through the menu to Clock.
  3. Touch Clock.
  4. "DIGITAL" and "ANALOG" appear on the display.
  5. Scroll to highlight the desired setting.
  6. Touch the highlighted setting so the word "Set" appears in the center of the display.
  7. Touch Set, and "Settings Saved" appears on the display.
    • With Analog selected, the time still appears in a digital format on all menus and when setting the timer.
    • The analog clock only appears when the display is in idle mode.
    • It is not possible to change the color of the display.

Answer:

The M Series clock is visible on the control panel during all cooking modes. However, the oven is shipped with the standby power feature enabled, which causes the screen to go blank after five minutes of inactivity. To disable standby power, see M Series Standby Power.

  • It is very important that the clock is set to the correct time if the Timed Cook feature is used.
  • The clock must be reset after a power failure.
  • The display shows the clock time when the unit is not in use.
